Tipps für deine Kursbeschreibung

Deine Kursbeschreibung ist dein Aushängeschild: Sie sollte alle Fragen zum Seminar ausführlich vorab beantworten, so erhältst du weniger Nachfragen, für die du bezahlen musst und hältst deine Kosten gering.

Wichtig ist dabei zu wissen: Aus der von dir veröffentlichten Kursbeschreibung erstellen wir auch den Antrag für den Arbeitgebenden, den Bildungsurlaubsinteressierte sich auf deiner Kursseite herunterladen können.

1. 1. Ist der Kursinhalt gut erklärt?
   2. Was erwartet die Teilnehmenden konkret (Stundenzahl, Lerninhalte, Programmpunkte, …)?
   3. Was ist das Lernziel des Seminars? Was ist der berufliche Mehrwert des Seminars?
   4. Was ist die Zielgruppe?
   5. Was gibt es zum Veranstaltungsort zu sagen? Liegt er am Meer, mitten im Grünen, in der Altstadt oder sind die Räumlichkeiten lichtdurchflutet?
   6. Ist die Übernachtung inklusive? Wie sieht sie aus? Einzelzimmer- oder Doppelzimmer? Was sind die Kosten?
   7. Ist die Übernachtung exklusive? Könnt ihr Hilfestellung bei der Unterkunftssuche geben?
   8. Wie wird die Anreise organisiert?
   9. Hast du dich als Kursanbieter vorgestellt? Wofür stehst du? Was zeichnet dich aus?

Für Sprachkursanbieter noch wichtig:

• Wie wird das Sprachlevel ermittelt? Gibt es zum Beispiel einen Online-Test vorab?
• Erkennen Interessenten, an welches Sprachniveau sich der Bildungsurlaub richtet?

Um Informationen im Text zu strukturieren, empfehlen wir Zwischenüberschriften oder ein FAQ am Ende der Kursbeschreibung.

1. Is the course content well explained?
2. What exactly can the participants expect (number of hours, learning content, programme points, …)?
3. What is the learning objective of the seminar? What is the professional value of the Bildungsurlaub?
4. What is the target audience?
5. What can be said about the venue? Is it by the sea, surrounded by greenery, in the historic city centre or are the rooms flooded with light?
6. Is overnight accommodation included? What does it look like? Single or double room? What are the costs?
7. Is the overnight stay exclusive? Can you help me find accommodation?
8. How is the journey organised?
9. Have you introduced yourself as a course provider? What do you stand for? What characterises you?

Important for language course providers:

• How is the language level determined? Is there an online test before the course starts, for example?
• Is the language level of your course easily recognisable? For example in the heading of the course description?

To structure information in the text, we recommend subheadings or an FAQ at the end of the course description.
